Class Descriptions
Level I – for new and continuing students. Iyengar method.
Beginner – for new and continuing students. Based on general hatha yoga.
General – based on Kripalu and other forms of Hatha yoga.
General Iyengar - suitable for beginner or more advanced students. Few inversions with alternative poses when indicated.
Level II – students should have experience in Level I Iyengar Yoga.
Gentle – suitable for all students. Use of chairs and props make all poses accessible. Some restorative poses in every class. Great for seniors. In the style of Iyengar.
