Elisha

Yoga and motherhood have transformed my life.  When I became a mother, I naturally shared this gift with my children, and completed a children’s yoga teacher training and developed a passion for teaching children.  Through a creative exploration of kids’ yoga, I witness how kids gain respect and love for themselves, and discover the place of peace and stillness within.
